- Open the official direct cancellation page — it goes straight to cancellation.
- Sign in with your Masterclass account if prompted.
- Confirm the cancellation. Expect a retention offer (a discount or pause) — decline it if you're sure.
- Screenshot or keep the confirmation email in case a charge slips through.
Subscribed through an app store? If you originally signed up inside the iOS/Android app, cancel via Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions instead — the Masterclass website can't cancel store-billed plans.
Good to know: Direct cancel page (requires login on web). Cancellation cannot be done in the app; if purchased via App Store/Google Play, cancel there instead.
